This study uses the Cross Sectional Regression method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to boarding school adolescents in Bandung who were respondents in this study. The collected data will be analyzed using regression analysis techniques. The results showed that Career Decision Making, Selfefficacy, and Perceived Positive Parenting play a role in future orientation in boarding school adolescents in Bandung. The ability of adolescents to make the right career decisions and in accordance with their interests, values, and abilities will affect their future direction and goals. Adolescents with high levels of selfefficacy tend to have strong confidence in facing challenges and achieving their future goals. 摘要

在青春期,个体开始形成自我认同,开始规划自己的未来,包括选择适合自己兴趣和能力的职业。本研究旨在探讨万隆寄宿制学校青少年的职业决策、自我效能感和正面教养对未来取向的影响程度。本研究采用横截面回归方法。本研究通过问卷调查的方式收集资料,问卷调查对象为万隆市寄宿学校的青少年。收集的数据将使用回归分析技术进行分析。结果显示:万隆市寄宿制学校青少年的职业决策、自我效能感和正向父母教养感对未来倾向有影响。青少年是否能够根据自己的兴趣、价值观和能力做出正确的职业决定,将影响他们未来的方向和目标。自我效能感高的青少年在面对挑战和实现未来目标时往往有很强的信心。此外,积极的养育,如情感支持、开放的沟通和鼓励实现目标,可以影响青少年对未来取向的态度和行为。
