摘要

为了解决当前数字时代的个人隐私和信息安全问题,本研究首先收集并分析了相关的政府数据开放政策和个人信息保护法律法规,了解当前的政策和法律环境。其次,构建复杂剪枝决策树模型,识别和评估政府数据开放中潜在的个人信息保护风险。利用新加坡政府开放数据集,应用该决策树模型进行实证分析,并对其准确性和有效性进行了评价。研究结果表明,复杂性剪枝决策树模型在准确率、召回率、F1得分和ROC曲线下面积(AUC)方面都有较好的表现。该模型在训练集上的准确率为0.85,在测试集上的准确率为0.8,表明该模型在政府数据公开中的个人信息保护方面具有较高的性能。
