Nowadays, multi-component reactions (MCRs) are considered the most powerful tool in organic synthesis. The use of water as a green solvent in organic synthesis is one of the goals of green chemistry. In this study, a series of new hydrazinyl thiazoles 3a-3u bearing an isatin moiety were synthesized in good yield via a one-pot three-component condensation reaction of isatins with thiosemicarbazide and phenyl acyl bromides in water under reflux condition. 摘要:isatin衍生物是有机合成中一类重要的含氮杂环化合物。另一方面,1,3-噻唑是含有氮和硫原子的5元杂环化合物。肼基噻唑通常是通过经典的醛或酮与硫代氨基脲缩合得到硫代氨基脲,然后与苯酰溴杂环化得到相应的肼基噻唑。目前,多组分反应(mcr)被认为是有机合成中最有力的工具。在有机合成中使用水作为绿色溶剂是绿色化学的目标之一。本研究在回流条件下,通过isatins与硫脲和苯基酰溴在水中进行一锅三组分缩合反应,合成了一系列含有isatin片段的新型肼基噻唑3a-3u。所有合成的化合物均通过IR、1D-NMR、2D-NMR和LC/MS进行了表征。
