Based on the dynamic load-cell wall test of barrier trolley, the evaluation method of honeycomb aluminium calibration performance is proposed. Through car-to-car crash test, a new verification method based on the deformation of the body structure and the height distribution of the crash load force is formatted. 摘要

以suv为研究对象,开发具有中国特色的侧面变形屏障。通过提取典型suv的特征参数,确定了蜂窝铝护栏和小车的发展目标,并应用理论分析指导了护栏材料的选择。基于护栏小车的动态荷载箱壁试验,提出了蜂窝铝标定性能的评价方法。通过车对车碰撞试验,形成了一种基于车身结构变形和碰撞载荷力高度分布的验证方法。结果表明,新型移动变形屏障的力学性能满足设计要求,原型在变形模式下稳定,能够表征SUV的外观和刚度特性。
