Primary esophageal melanoma with a family history of esophageal cancer

A rare clinical observation of a 46-year-old patient with primary esophageal melanoma is presented. We demonstrate the difficulties of verifying the disease, taking into account the complex morphological picture of the tumor, anatomical features.
