Insecticidal assays data showed significant mortality against the Aedes aegypti larvae. The LC50 and LC90 value after 24 hours of exposure was 0.002 and 0.47 μg/ml respectively. As predicted the result showed that the larvicidal activity of P. hydropiper on Ae. aegypti larvae was dose reliant. The result clearly exhibited that methanol extract of P. hydropiper, as a potential biological control agent against Ae. aegypti larvae, is eminent. Bangladesh J. 摘要
将水蓼叶提取物以不同浓度(0.25 ~ 1.5 μg/ml)分别注入埃及伊蚊3龄和4龄幼虫体内。杀虫试验数据显示对埃及伊蚊幼虫有显著的死亡率。24 h LC50和LC90分别为0.002和0.47 μg/ml。结果表明,该药剂对伊蚊的杀幼虫活性较好。埃及伊蚊幼虫呈剂量依赖性。结果表明,该植物甲醇提取物可作为一种潜在的生物防治剂。埃及伊蚊的幼虫,是杰出的。中国生物医学工程学报,2011 (1):1 - 4
