The Pancasila student profile is a reference for educators in building the character and competence of students. The aim of this research is to find out the application of the Pancasila student profile in the independent curriculum in elementary schools and also to find out the obstacles faced by teachers during its implementation. This research method is qualitative with a case study type. The data collection technique uses interviews, observation and documentation. Data sources involve the school principal, 2 teachers and 2 students. Testing the validity of the data uses triangulation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the teacher has implemented the Pancasila student profile even though all of these applications can be realized well by the students themselves. The obstacles faced by teachers in implementing the Pancasila student profile are the different characteristics and abilities of students, lack of motivation from parents and advances in technology. 摘要

潘卡西拉学生档案是一个国家教育目标。潘卡西拉学生档案是教育工作者培养学生性格和能力的参考资料。本研究的目的是找出潘卡西拉学生形象在小学自主课程中的应用,并找出教师在实施过程中所面临的障碍。这种研究方法是定性的案例研究型。数据收集技术采用访谈、观察和记录。数据来源为学校校长、2名教师和2名学生。测试数据的有效性使用三角测量。数据分析技术包括数据收集、数据简化、数据呈现和得出结论。研究结果表明,尽管所有这些应用程序都可以由学生自己很好地实现,但教师已经实现了Pancasila学生档案。教师在实施Pancasila学生档案时面临的障碍是学生的不同特征和能力、缺乏家长的激励和技术的进步。从研究结果中得出的结论是,教师实施的形式是让学生熟悉经常打招呼,背诵祈祷,灌输热爱传统,尊重多样性的态度,培养学生能够相互合作和有责任的态度。
