The capacitive sensing structure consists of PCB-based electrodes enclosing an insulating pipe that contains the fluidic flow of interest. The conductivity of the fluidic flow and the appearance of foreign objects within the flow can be determined by analysing the resonant frequency of the detection path in the proposed system. Experimental results demonstrate that the resonant frequency increases according to the increase in electrical conductivity of the fluidic flow. In ad-dition, the sensing performance is also confirmed by the detection of sizes and electrical conductivities of NaCl droplets passing through the detection zone. 摘要

基于印刷电路板(PCB)技术,提出并开发了一种集成电容式流体流量检测的无源无线传感器系统。电容式传感结构由基于pcb的电极组成,电极包裹着包含感兴趣流体流的绝缘管。通过分析所提出的系统中检测路径的谐振频率,可以确定流体流动的导电性和流动中异物的外观。实验结果表明,谐振频率随流体电导率的增大而增大。此外,通过对通过检测区的NaCl液滴尺寸和电导率的检测也证实了传感性能。此外,本工作间接验证了利用PCB制造技术将无源无线传感技术集成到流体流量检测器中的有效性和可行性,并展示了在生物医学和化学领域的各种应用,特别是在生物医学应用中的巨大潜力。
