摘要

背景:2019-2021年期间,巴东市安巴仓卫生中心幼儿肺炎发病率最高。目的:本研究旨在确定COVID-19大流行期间巴东市安巴仓公共卫生中心工作区域幼儿肺炎的相关因素。方法:采用年龄相近的病例-对照设计。11-59个月的幼儿人口。病例采用基于肺炎登记的简单随机抽样技术,于2020年3月至2022年3月取样,对照组采用目的抽样。使用访谈和问卷收集数据,然后使用单变量、双变量和多变量分析对数据进行分析。结果:纯母乳喂养(OR=3.67)、基础免疫接种(OR=2.8)、空气污染(OR=5.0)和居住密度(OR=3.0)与肺炎发病率存在相关性。与此同时,病史、体重、教育程度和母亲就业与肺炎无关。巴东市安巴康公共卫生中心工作区域2019冠状病毒病疫情期间,室内空气污染是影响幼儿肺炎发病的主要因素。结论:建议卫生工作者加强室内PHBS的健康促进,影响空气污染对幼儿健康的影响。
