Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis was used to analyze data using SmartPLS 4. The results showed that HR management had a positive and significant effect on organizational performance, employee competency, and organizational commitment. Employee competence and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. 摘要

良好的组织绩效不仅可以帮助组织获得竞争优势,还可以创造一个健康、创新和以成长为导向的环境。本研究的目的是:(1)分析人力资源管理对组织绩效、员工胜任力和组织承诺的影响;(2)分析员工胜任力和组织承诺对组织绩效的影响;(3)分析组织能力和承诺在人力资源管理与组织绩效关系中的中介作用。本研究的对象是法务人员配备与人力资源开发局。抽样是通过人口普查或50名员工的饱和样本来完成的。使用结构方程建模-偏最小二乘(SEM-PLS)分析使用SmartPLS 4分析数据。结果表明,人力资源管理对组织绩效、员工胜任力和组织承诺具有显著的正向影响。员工胜任力和组织承诺对组织绩效有显著的正向影响。员工胜任力和组织承诺在人力资源管理与组织绩效之间起中介作用
