The research for this paper was conducted in two phases, the first being the proper mapping of waterlines, gas connections, pathways, and plot allocation and the second being the development of an online interface to provide as easy access to the information database. This facilitates the locals and the authorities such as water boards, electricity companies and natural gas providers to view this information and communicate at the same frequency with a centralized reference.
