KaletaJeffrey P. Kaleta is an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Information Systems at Appalachian State University. Jeffrey holds a Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from the University of Memphis and a Master of Management Information Systems from Murray State University. He has spent 10 years working in industry as a design engineer, project leader, and continuous improvement manager. Jeffrey’s research interests include user behaviors in electronic environments, online information search, text analytics, and internet trust, privacy, and risk.
