ABSTRACTThis study examines the influence of four critical top management team (TMT) characteristics: (i) shared mindset, (ii) education, (iii) social capital, and (iv) the presence of a chief data officer on a firm’s ability to orchestrate big data analytic capabilities to achieve competitive advantage.
