摘要

摘要本研究探讨消费者共情在零售企业环境导向与消费者后续环保商品购买行为之间的中介作用。实证研究从先前的研究中开发了概念和操作测量变量,并收集了韩国零售公司客户的数据。验证性因子分析用于验证所收集数据的信度和效度,并使用结构方程模型分析变量之间的关系。结果如下:首先,零售公司的环境取向,表现为对环境问题和环境能力的战略方法,确实会积极影响顾客对他们的同理心。其次,消费者对零售企业环境导向的积极同理心会积极影响消费者对零售企业环保产品的购买行为。关键词:环境取向、顾客共情、购买行为、零售企业、环境友好型商品、韩国披露声明作者未报告潜在的利益冲突。数据可用性声明由于本研究的性质,本研究的参与者不同意公开分享他们的数据,因此无法获得支持数据。伦理批准获得韩国京畿大学的批准。
