This research was conducted to investigate the impact of MCT on teacher-trainees' academic performance. Applying Kcieje and Morgan's technique, the respondents of the research were 133 respondents from various departments, both males and females. The null hypotheses of the study were rejected, and the result revealed that MCT has a significant impact on prospective teachers. 微格教学是当代教与学的创新,是目前世界范围内普遍采用的一种教师培训策略,是教师学员提高教学技能的一个机会。微格教学鼓励即时课堂教学,提高基本能力,让新老教师掌握多种教学技巧。本研究旨在探讨MCT对师范生学业成绩的影响。运用Kcieje和Morgan的方法,调查对象为133名来自不同部门的男性和女性。本研究的零假设被拒绝,结果显示MCT对准教师有显著的影响。结果中最吸引人的发现是MCT在培养专业教师方面起着至关重要的作用,如果不了解MCT技能,教师就不合格。
