This is an empirical investigation, and a sample of 200 job aspirants form the National Capital Region (Gurugram, Delhi, Noida) was taken. The study used exploratory factor analysis to identify factors. Identified factors are ranked on the basis of using the mean scores of the factors by using a one-sample T-test. An independent-sample t-test was used to compare the identified factors of e-recruitment practices on the basis of gender. The study identified five factors named perceived usefulness, performance expectancy, perceived privacy risk, perceived ease of use, and perceived enjoyment significant among job aspirants during e-recruitment practices.
