A bi-objective approach based on PROMETHEE II and ε-constrained methods was used in the Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP) to analyse the conflict between the logistic cost and accident risk. Key contributions of this study are an analytical approach based on statistics, Monte Carlo simulation and multicriteria methods in a CVRP model to explore the trade-off between logistic costs and accident risk expressed by a risk cost. 摘要

车辆路径问题(VRP)作为一种通过最小化距离和有效规划交付来优化路线的方法,在历史上得到了广泛的研究,但是随着时间的推移,VRP中的风险问题得到的关注越来越少。这对于提高运输安全、避免供应链中断和提高交付可靠性至关重要。因此,本研究旨在支持决策者在规划道路货物运输路线时,既要考虑物流成本,又要考虑道路危险因素带来的出行安全。提出了一种基于统计学的分析方法,利用车辆事故和道路特征数据,通过蒙特卡罗模拟来估计风险成本。将基于PROMETHEE II和ε约束的双目标方法应用于有能力车辆路径问题(CVRP)中,分析了物流成本与事故风险之间的冲突。本研究的主要贡献是在CVRP模型中采用基于统计、蒙特卡罗模拟和多准则方法的分析方法来探索物流成本与由风险成本表示的事故风险之间的权衡。本文的研究结果对VRP模型中考虑事故风险的路线规划的交通决策分析具有实际意义。
