Histo-pathological examination revealed Bilateral Burkitt lymphoma. Bilateral large ovarian lymphoma presenting by abdominal enlargement (Case Report)
Introduction: Primary lymphomas in the ovary are rare, and it represents less than 0.5% of primary ovarian tumors.
