摘要

本文提出了一种并联柔性制造系统(FMS),该系统分为三个子并联系统:并联制造系统、并联检测系统和并联装卸系统。通过构建国际象棋平行制造生产线,完成了平行FMS的轻量化实践。基于并行系统ACP思想的并行FMS能够实现柔性制造的敏捷性优势,快速响应多种需求;具备快速纠正不良品的能力;并通过对生产数据的分析和建模对生产过程进行预测和优化,降低产品的质量不良率。本文还提出了并行柔性制造三元体的概念,在人工世界和物理世界的基础上增加了一个微物理世界,突出了柔性制造快速迭代的特点。
