It uses the primary data of the rural Power Grid of 30 prefecture-level cities in China from 2019 to 2021 to evaluate the investment efficiency of the rural Power Grid in China through a three-stage DEA model. The empirical results show that: considering the regional differences, the comprehensive efficiency of the rural Power Grid in backward areas is significantly improved; that is, the three-stage DEA method can more objectively evaluate the comprehensive efficiency of the rural Power Grid. 摘要

农村电网作为一项重要的基础设施,对促进农业和农村碳汇、提高农村能源电气化水平具有重要意义。有必要对其综合效率进行深入研究。本文根据“双碳”和乡村振兴战略对农村电网的要求,重点研究农村电网的现代化和低碳转型。构建了新形势下中国农村电网投资效率的投入产出指标体系。利用2019 - 2021年中国30个地级市农村电网的原始数据,通过三阶段DEA模型对中国农村电网的投资效率进行评估。实证结果表明:考虑区域差异,落后地区农村电网综合效率显著提高;即三阶段DEA方法能更客观地评价农村电网的综合效率。在乡村振兴战略持续推进的背景下,要提高农村电网综合效益,需要进一步提高农村电网的技术水平,适当扩大农村电网的投资规模。
