In this review, I explore how health systems science education can be applied when medical instructors teach students in clinical clerkships through representative case studies. This study first looks at examples of health systems science education in clinical clerkship in the United States and suggests how to develop the curriculum of health systems science for clinical learning environments in Korea by combining Kotter’s 8-step change management model and Kern’s 6-step curriculum development model. 摘要

卫生系统科学是在传统医学基础科学和临床科学的基础上增加的一个新的医学教育领域。卫生系统科学强调一种更全面的方法,利用系统思维来照顾病人,包括多个卫生保健系统之间的相互作用。在这篇综述中,我通过代表性的案例研究,探讨了当医学教师教授临床实习学生时,如何应用卫生系统科学教育。本研究首先考察了美国临床实习中卫生系统科学教育的实例,并通过结合Kotter的8步变革管理模型和Kern的6步课程开发模型,提出了如何为韩国临床学习环境开发卫生系统科学课程的建议。最后,结合临床实践教育的实际情况,对如何从个人层面的卫生系统科学应用阶段发展到临床实践教育的整体教育方案提出了建议。
