Not yet adapted to the first wave, there is a need to follow and master the next ones in order to keep up with the demands of the time. Their influence in our time is very significant in all major spheres of activity of citizens, organizations, and the state. The opportunities offered by the Internet and cyberspace create broad prospects for the development of the political, economic, defense, and other spheres of the state. However, at the same time, the dangers and threats in the above-mentioned and all other areas are increasing dramatically.
