摘要

本文在确定等效(冯米塞斯)应变和平均应变等应变参数的基础上,计算了疲劳裂纹和应力腐蚀裂纹的深度扩展速率以及管段的使用寿命。结果显示为加载内压后的失效时间和失效循环数。给出了裂纹扩展速率、裂纹深度、缺陷区等效(von Mises)应变、平均应变与管道运行时间的关系图。通过对主管道缺陷破坏深度的计算实验,确定了具有不同初始深度和长度裂纹的管道的剩余使用寿命。
