The location of this research is at the Population Control, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office (DP5A) of Surabaya City and Three (3) sub-district areas that are pillars of the project (Genteng Sub-district Office, Wonocolo Sub-district, Benowo Sub-district), with the research subject being the Head of DP5A Surabaya City, Head of the People's Welfare and Economic Section in each sub-district area. The focus of this research is the Implementation of the Government's Child Friendly Program, the supporting and inhibiting factors faced by the Surabaya City Government and the impact of the Government's Child Friendly program. Sources of information were determined using purposive sampling techniques, data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation and data analysis techniques with data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: (1) Implementation of the Government Program on Child Friendly in Surabaya City. (2) The influencing factors are in accordance with the objectives of the activities that have been set. 摘要

本研究旨在分析泗水市政府的儿童友好计划在儿童友好区建设中的实施情况,泗水市政府面临的支持因素和抑制因素,以及政府的儿童友好计划对儿童友好的影响。使用的研究方法是描述性定性的。这项研究的地点是泗水市人口控制、妇女赋权和儿童保护办公室(DP5A)和作为项目支柱的三(3)个街道区域(Genteng街道办公室、Wonocolo街道、Benowo街道),研究对象是泗水市人口控制、妇女赋权和儿童保护办公室(DP5A)的负责人,每个街道区域的人民福利和经济科科长。本研究的重点是泗水市政府儿童友好计划的实施,泗水市政府面临的支持和抑制因素以及政府儿童友好计划的影响。信息的来源是通过有目的的抽样技术、通过观察、访谈和文献收集的数据收集技术和数据收集、数据浓缩、数据展示和结论绘制的数据分析技术来确定的。结果表明:(1)泗水市政府儿童友好项目的实施。(2)影响因素与所设定的活动目标相一致。(3)影响是所建立的合作相当有效,解决问题快速、准确、直接,活动成果的取得足以帮助政府解决儿童问题案例。
