Aim The study aimed to explore the effect of the perceived risk of infection and its impact on the quality of work-life (QoWL) on HCWs during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted on 484 healthcare workers. Respondents were recruited using convenience sampling methods. Results : The study findings revealed a better QoWL with a decreased perceived risk of COVID-19 infection.
