The results of regional clustering using FCM selected the best cluster using three clusters for all requirements, except in food utilization in the city using five clusters. Furthermore, from the clustering results, clustering and cluster members use TOPSIS and produce Magetan regency and Madiun city as areas with the highest food security. 摘要

优质人力资源的形成离不开食物,因为营养摄入会影响人的表现和健康。随着时间的推移,居民的数量也在增加,从而增加了对食物的需求。一个地区满足其领土内粮食需求的能力与其他地区不同。本研究旨在根据粮食安全对东爪哇省的区域进行分类,并确定粮食安全最好和最低的区域。使用的方法是模糊c均值(FCM)和TOPSIS方法。这项研究使用的标准基于食品安全机构编制的食品安全指数。利用FCM进行区域聚类的结果表明,除了城市食品利用使用5个聚类外,所有需求都选择了使用3个聚类的最佳聚类。此外,从聚类结果来看,聚类和聚类成员使用TOPSIS,得出马吉丹县和马迪云市为粮食安全程度最高的地区。与此同时,粮食安全最低的是布罗宁戈县和克迪里市。
