Considering the rotating effect and important error sources such as axial predeformation and radial clearance that may occur during the installation of cylindrical roller bearings, this paper establishes a four-degree-of-freedom static analysis model of cylindrical roller bearings based on Hertzian elastic contact theory and conducts a comparative study on the mechanical characteristics of aero-cylindrical roller bearings with different profiles. The results show that as the radial load increases, the radial displacement and stiffness of the roller bearing will increase, whereas the fatigue life of the bearing will gradually decrease. Compared with the external load, the rotating speed has less influence on the stiffness of roller bearings. 摘要

滚动轴承是航空发动机的核心基础部件之一,主要承担支承转子及相应部件和传递载荷的作用。考虑圆柱滚子轴承安装过程中可能产生的轴向预变形和径向间隙等旋转效应和重要误差源,基于赫兹弹性接触理论建立了圆柱滚子轴承的四自由度静力分析模型,并对不同廓形的航空圆柱滚子轴承的力学特性进行了对比研究。结果表明:随着径向载荷的增大,滚子轴承的径向位移和刚度增大,而轴承的疲劳寿命逐渐降低;与外载荷相比,转速对滚子轴承刚度的影响较小。此外,滚动体的外形作为轴承的基本结构参数也会对滚子轴承的力学性能产生较大的影响,在工程应用中应结合实际情况进行设计和使用。
