For different concentrations of colchicine solution, 0.08 mg/l solution had the best doubling effect on the haploid of waxy maize, with an average doubling rate of 7.96%, and the highest doubling rate of 10.70%. 摘要

对5个糯玉米杂交种京可诺2000、肯年1号、万诺2000、吉可诺99和吉可诺20的单倍体种子进行了自然加倍和秋水仙碱+ DMSO化学加倍处理。结果表明,京可诺2000、万诺2000、肯年1号、吉可诺20和吉可诺99的平均翻倍率分别为0.30、0.18、0.53、1.30和1.05%。不同生态环境下,南滨试验点的单倍体加倍率均高于双阳试验点。不同加倍方法的单倍体加倍率不同。结果表明,针刺生长点法的加倍效果略好于泡芽法,但差异很小,可灵活使用。在不同浓度秋水仙碱溶液中,0.08 mg/l溶液对糯玉米单倍体的加倍效果最好,平均加倍率为7.96%,最高加倍率为10.70%。植物学报,52(2):523- 528,2023(6):特刊
