摘要

由于设计参数的不确定性极大地影响了五垫倾垫滑动轴承的性能,因此其设计十分复杂。在本研究中,建立了数值润滑模型来预测TPJB的性能。在此基础上,提出了一种结合润滑模型和粒子群法的综合目标优化方法,与枚举法相比,该方法能准确、快速地获得最优设计参数。优化后TPJB的性能较好,特别是温度和摩擦系数分别降低了约31.1%和35.8%。此外,TPJB的不同应用场景需要综合目标中不同的权重因子组合,这对于不同的设计要求具有重要价值。
