辐射诱导锆微观结构的一个显著特征是:一是不同性质棱柱环的共存;二是空位基环的形核和大尺寸的生长。在点缺陷与内沉弹性相互作用的经典概念框架内,给出了锆基面和棱柱面中不同性质偏压环对其半径的依赖关系的数值计算结果。说明了环面几何中影响环面外表面边界条件的形式所起的重要作用。讨论了不同性质的棱柱环共存和空位基环生长的可能性。
