摘要

本文讨论了一种新型免疫药物组合物在牙周炎实验模型中的应用。该组合物含有有机硅甘油凝胶,对病原菌具有广谱作用。临床、实验室及组织学指标均显示治疗效果良好。组织学显示破骨细胞缺失,腔隙缩小,组织结构密度增大,组织结构正常化,微循环恢复,血管新生,肉芽组织形成。然而,在口服维生素D治疗组,磷钙比的特点是碱性磷酸酶和无机磷显著降低,从而证实了给定组合物和维生素D的复合局部作用的效率。
