She recently retired from Intel as the senior director of Industrial Innovation, and prior to that she was a professor at Penn State University, where she earned her PhD in business administration and engineering. During her 30+ year career, she has focused on innovation, technology evolution, and disruption, and the context in which technology solutions are developed, deployed, and used. She has extensive experience across industries, including semiconductors, aerospace, automotive, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and also with the US military and US Departments of Commerce and Energy.
