摘要

社交媒体营销是一种利用社交媒体平台来推广和发展中小微企业(MSME)的营销策略。社交媒体的用户数量不断增加,利用社交媒体发展中小微企业可以是一个非常有效和高效的工具。因此,印尼普特拉大学(Putra Indonesia University)的社区服务团队“YPTK”为中小微企业,特别是微型企业开展了社区服务活动,旨在教育营销数字化。本研究的目的是探讨社会媒体营销的使用如何支持中小微企业的成长和发展。社交媒体使中小微企业能够接触到全球更广泛的受众。凭借广阔的平台和活跃的用户,中小微企业可以扩大市场范围,吸引新客户。利用社会化媒体营销对中小微企业的发展有很大的帮助潜力。通过明智地利用社交媒体平台,中小微企业可以扩大市场范围,建立与客户的关系,并推广他们的产品或服务。然而,对于中小微企业来说,设计正确的策略,制作有趣的内容,并跟上社交媒体世界的趋势和变化,以实现成功利用社交媒体营销是很重要的。
