摘要

采用拉曼光谱法测量了不同埋深Ni-Cr钎料金属钎焊后合成金刚石颗粒在3个不同方向上的残余应力分布,研究了埋深对金刚石-金属接头残余应力的影响,优化了人工金刚石颗粒在钎焊合成金刚石工具中的埋深。结果表明:在人造金刚石晶粒钎焊核心区残余应力稳定,无明显梯度;然而,在中心轴两端区域、中心平面边缘区域和人工金刚石晶粒与Ni-Cr钎料表面之间的切面边缘区域,应力分布梯度较大。最大拉应力始终存在于切割平面边缘区域,对钎焊合成金刚石晶粒的力学性能影响最大。根据最大拉伸应力和加工工艺要求,优化了人造金刚石钎焊刀具中人造金刚石颗粒的埋深为40 ~ 50%。
