However, PTA showed a significant moderating effect on the relationship between both perceived ease of use and citizen empowerment on the intention to use mobile government services. It was also revealed that while perceived usefulness was not a significant predictor of the intention to use mobile government services, it was, however, a significant determinant of trust in government. Contrary to our expectations both citizen empowerment and trust in government do not predict the intention to use mobile government services.
