摘要

通过在304不锈钢管卷弯过程中施加不同的电脉冲参数,研究了局部连续加热校准技术。与冷校正过程相比,随着电流密度和电脉冲宽度的增大,预变形304不锈钢管的圆度明显改善。表征回弹的环形间隙对电流密度和电脉冲宽度具有相似的响应。同时,采用考虑电脉冲的应力松弛本构模型对环隙进行了较好的拟合。
