The model was assessed in three processes which are the PLS Algorithm; Blindfolding and Bootstrapping. The results of mediating modelling assessments found that there is no evidence of mediation effect of Employee Training on the relationships of Meaning and Organization Performance and also, between Competence and Organization Performance. However, there is a partial mediation effect of Employee Training on the relationship between Impact and Organization Performance, indicating that Employee Training partially mediates the relationship between Impact and Organization Performance. Additionally, Employee Training fully mediating the relationship between Self-determination and Organization Performance. The table provides insights into the complex relationships within the model, clarifying the role of mediation in explaining the associations between variables. 摘要

评估员工培训作为员工授权与组织绩效之间关系的中介,为有效的培训干预提供见解,以进一步提高员工授权和组织的整体成功。因此,本文探讨了员工培训在员工授权结构与组织绩效结构之间的中介作用。用于开发此中介模型的数据来自阿联酋联邦国家委员会组织的115名员工。采用模型开发的PLS-SEM技术的概念,在SmartPLS软件中开发和评估模型。模型的评估分为三个过程:PLS算法;蒙眼和引导。中介模型评估结果发现,员工培训对意义与组织绩效、胜任力与组织绩效之间的关系没有中介作用。然而,员工培训对影响与组织绩效之间的关系存在部分中介作用,说明员工培训在影响与组织绩效之间存在部分中介作用。此外,员工培训在自我决定与组织绩效之间具有中介作用。该表提供了对模型内复杂关系的见解,阐明了中介在解释变量之间关联中的作用。本研究的结果有助于研究员工授权对组织绩效的中介模型。
