摘要

本研究旨在探讨组织承诺、胜任力对小学教师动机及绩效的影响。本研究收集数据的方法是问卷调查。本研究的人群均为塔蓬街道SMA Negeri的教师，共有112名教师。本研究样本采用分层随机抽样方法，结构方程模型(SEM) PLS 3.0分析。结果表明，组织承诺对激励有正向且不显著的影响，能力对绩效有正向且不显著的影响，组织承诺对激励有正向且不显著的影响。在绩效上，胜任力对绩效有正向且显著的影响，动机对绩效有正向且不显著的影响。
