摘要

采用Langer和Langer所描述的结缔组织移植技术,对22例使用上述结缔组织治疗牙龈退缩的临床病例进行了尝试。退耕3 mm时根系盖度为100%,退耕3 ~ 5 mm时为94%,退耕大于6 mm时根系盖度为58%。将该技术与经典的游离牙龈移植技术和Nelson提出的覆盖暴露根表面的结缔组织移植技术进行比较。
