A biopsy specimen of 18F-FDG accumulated in the submandibular gland showed lymphocyte infiltration with IgG4-positive cells. The patient was diagnosed with IgG4-related pericarditis. Glucocorticoids resolved serological and imaging abnormalities. 摘要

igg4相关的心包炎很少有报道。在此，我们报告一例以心包积液表现的igg4相关疾病。一位67岁女性，因大量心包积液需要引流而入院，她表现为心悸和胸痛。患者行心包引流，症状逐渐缓解。血清和心包积液中IgG4水平升高。在颌下腺积累的18F-FDG活检标本显示淋巴细胞浸润igg4阳性细胞。患者被诊断为igg4相关性心包炎。糖皮质激素解决血清学和影像学异常。及时治疗可改善病情。
