Finally, the testing and application analysis of the algorithm model was carried out using the actual user consumption data of the e-commerce platform. The results show that the classification accuracy of the G-KNN algorithm has been maintained at about 95% when the K value exceeds 800, and the F1 composite value of this paper’s algorithm fluctuates around 56% when the K value exceeds 1000. On the e-commerce platform, except for the electrical appliances category classification test, the fit and accuracy of other categories basically match. 摘要

该技术可以充分挖掘用户的消费行为习惯,帮助电商平台有针对性地制定更精准的营销策略。本文首先分析了基于3R营销理论的营销策略优化,给出了电子商务平台精准营销策略的设计过程,并对基于消费者分类的个性化服务进行了分析。其次,针对KNN算法在精确分类过程中存在的不足,引入高斯函数对算法的优化进行加权,进一步实现了G-KNN算法的构建。最后,利用电子商务平台的实际用户消费数据,对算法模型进行了测试和应用分析。结果表明,当K值超过800时,G-KNN算法的分类准确率一直保持在95%左右,当K值超过1000时,本文算法的F1复合值在56%左右波动。在电商平台上,除电器品类分类测试外,其他品类的契合度和准确率基本匹配。利用结合高斯函数的KNN算法,可以有效地实现对电商平台用户特征的准确分类,为电商平台根据消费者偏好制定精准的营销策略提供数据支持。
