摘要

识别风险因素是失败模型成功的关键。本文利用模糊粗糙集捕获的模糊粗糙矩阵信息,提出了一种新的医疗事故失效模式与影响分析(Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, FMEA)方法。将β-积和β-补积应用到模糊关系矩阵和模糊集中,求出模糊粗糙集新的上下逼近。该方法为确定风险因子权重提供了一种简便的方法。通过一个例子验证了我们提出的方法。
