Employing purposive sampling, data collection methods include interviews, observations, documentation, and literature review. The Miles and Huberman data analysis approach, comprising data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, was utilized. The research reveals a concentrated workforce exclusively involved in pia cake production.
