Each group contained 2×105 seeded MSCs/well stained with MTT for its viability. For proliferation, MTT staining was performed on days 1, 3, and 5 to assess the trend of the percentage of the living cell. 摘要

目的:研究新型硅橡胶/聚乙烯醇(PVA)材料加氧化锆或不加氧化锆对间充质间质细胞的细胞毒性和增殖能力。方法:体外培养脂肪源性间充质间质细胞。将样品分为五组:对照组、不含氧化锆的硅橡胶/聚乙烯醇(PVA)组、含氧化锆1%、3%和5%的硅橡胶/聚乙烯醇(PVA)组。每个组含有2×105种子MSCs/用MTT染色以确保其活力。对于增殖,在第1,3,5天进行MTT染色,以评估活细胞百分比的变化趋势。统计分析采用方差分析或Kruskal-Walli检验,CI为95%。
