To achieve the aim, the author uses the following research methods: a doctrinal research method, a scientific literature review, and a survey. 摘要

新冠肺炎疫情对教育系统产生了重大影响。自2020年3月以来,包括成人教育部门在内的大部分教学和学习都在网上进行。与此同时,向网络模式的快速转变也带来了各种法律问题,特别是在数据保护、知识产权和遵守国家法律框架方面。本文旨在分析成人教育项目中的在线学习和教学是否符合《通用数据保护条例》(GDPR),并在此基础上向提供在线教学过程的成人教育实体提出建议。为了达到这一目的,作者采用了以下研究方法:理论研究法、科学文献综述法和调查法。因此,笔者确定了在线教学录音过程中与个人数据保护相关的各种法律问题,如在线授课过程中是否符合GDPR要求、电子平台提供商是否符合GDPR要求、未经授权访问、数据丢失、网络攻击等。
