The review mainly covers the synthesis and biological activity of the complexes. The structure of these complexes are discussed on the basis of electronic, infrared, multinuclear (<sup>1</sup>H NMR, <sup>13</sup>C NMR and <sup>29</sup>Si NMR) spectral and X-ray crystallographic studies. A Review of the Synthesis, Spectral Aspects, and Biological Evaluation of Silicon(IV) Complexes with N, O, and S Donor Ligands
