In addition, the levels of retirement planning of nurses who were male, who were aged between 40-59, who had a bachelor’s or master’s degree, who had an extended family, who had 3 or more children, who were employed in the private sector, who had a professional and institutional experience of 20 years or over, who had willingly chosen the profession, and who had a chronic disease were higher. 摘要
