This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis method. Source of data in this research is primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population of this study were 175 people and a sample of 65 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that: a) Partially the variables of satisfaction and public service programs did not have a significant effect on the benefit of the community in terms of the quality of education, while the use of services had a significant effect on the benefit of the community in the quality of education. b) Simultaneously the variables of satisfaction, service programs and service benefits together influence the benefit of society in the quality of education with a P-Value = 0.000 < α 0.05. 摘要

本研究旨在了解社会援助服务对 "希望家庭计划 "的满意度、服务和效益的影响。本研究采用多元线性回归分析的定量方法。本研究的数据来源是通过向受访者发放调查问卷获得的原始数据。研究对象为 175 人,采用目的性抽样技术抽取了 65 名受访者。结果表明:a) 部分满意度和公共服务项目变量对教育质量的社会效益没有显著影响,而服务的使用对教育质量的社会效益有显著影响。b) 满意度、服务项目和服务效益变量同时共同影响教育质量的社会效益,P 值 = 0.000 < α 0.05。根据 R2 检验,自变量对因变量的影响为 33.9%,其余 66.1%受本研究未考察的其他变量影响。
