摘要 目的 调查马来西亚中部地区血液透析(HD)工作人员对工作环境满意度、工作满意度(JS)和压力的影响因素。方法 采用自填问卷的方式,对 215 名在私立和非政府组织透析中心工作的血液透析工作人员进行了横断面定量研究。采用卡方检验确定与血液透析工作人员的联合材料、压力和工作环境相关的因素。结果 科学证明,工作环境对血液透析中心员工的简历和压力有明显影响。结论 本研究为了解血液透析工作人员工作的本质和复杂性提供了有益的启示,有助于护士、透析管理人员、其他透析工作人员和组织更好地了解这些工作人员所面临的福利和压力。
