The hyperthermia gradually resolved upon deflation of the tourniquet.</p><p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>Tourniquet-induced hyperthermia should be considered as a potential cause of intraoperative hyperthermia, particularly in the absence of typical signs of malignant hyperthermia.
