The research ended with important results, one of them is at the level of national legislation, that some national legislations require the use of public-key technology in order for the electronic arbitration agreement to have evidentiary value, and other legislations do not require the use of a specific technology. The study concluded that the best solution at the international level is to make amendments to the New York Convention.
